4:00 - 6:00PM — Fireside chats:

  • How Rob turns homes into booking machines.

  • Q&A with surprise guests.

7:30-10:00PM — Pickleball + Pool Party

Day 2 - Friday, December 5th

8:30AM — Shuttle departs hotel (breakfast provided)

Morning:

  • Private guided tour of the entire property

  • Behind-the-scenes numbers: cost, revenue, setup strategy.

Afternoon:

  • Breakout sessions on scaling, partnerships, pricing and clarity.

  • Mindset + Strategy Session: Defining your next phase.

Golden Hour:

  • Dinner in the Hill Country

8:00 PM — Return to hotel.

8:30 AM — Depart hotel (snacks + coffee included)

Morning:

  • Private tour and Live case study with Kai Earth House as blueprint for land-based income stacking.

  • Hear from Host Camp students putting it into action.

  • BBQ lunch from local Texas favorite

Afternoon:

  • Final workshop + breakout strategy labs

Both. Whether you’re just getting started or scaling your fifth property, you’ll walk away with new ideas, clarity, and real connections.

Is lodging included?

No, but we’ll provide a recommended hotel in North Austin and help coordinate.

Is there a refund policy?

Once accepted and confirmed, your spot is non-refundable—just like any good field trip.

Where is everything happening?

We’ll be bouncing around Austin, including Pink Pickle, Astryia, and Earth House (all within driving distance). Transit is included.

Do I have to be a Host Camp student?

Nope! This is open to anyone who’s passionate about design-forward short-term rentals and wants to grow with us.
